let me start by saying this forum has helped me out alot but since i have used search alot i can't seem to find someone in my area of weight and such.
WT: 120
height: 5'8
waist: 28
body fat: very low
i just started taking whey protein my everyday meal is eggs whites for breakfast, chick for lunch, and something different every time for dinner. i drink milk and lots of water.
i also do some weight training at least 2-4 times a week which consists of upper body workout for 30 minutes and but everyday i do 30 minutes the combination of resistance band exercies, push up and dips. I take the whey in the morning and i take them when i work out? should i take them when i g2 bed. So tell me what i should do or am i having the right plan of workout thx.

Sounds like you need to do more reading... From the looks of it, you're only eating 3 times a day. It also looks like you're only working your upper body...

You want to eat 5-6 meals a day... A couple of those CAN be protein shakes, but at least 4 should be solid food. Idealy, you would have a shake after you workout, but you'll want some carbs along with it, so oats would be good as well (you could throw some fruit and peanut butter in too).

Read the stickies, your meals should be balanced with enough protein, carbs, and healthy fats.

Are you trying to bulk, or maintain?

Also, go over to the training section for advice on that. You want to work your entire body, legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders. There are many different routines and programs to go about doing that, so you'll have to do some research and decide which is the best option for you... If you're a beginner, start with something simple.

Train legs!!!!!!!!!!!!

Whey only 2x a day, the other 4 meals have to be real food.

yeah i know imma do legs as well very soon... right now my ideology is to gain weight because it seems i'm below my ideal weight which is 135 and around there... yeah well currently i work at a sandwich resturant and i have unlimitless amounts of sandwiches to eat... other than that yes i want to gain weight as well gain muscle mass as well...

Please keep your BS posts to yourself. Although this is obvious to most that this is a joke you never know when some young teenager might take that seriously. If you can't answer with a good answer then don't answer at all. Thank you.
