Say for instance your doing your first cycle, and it's a light cycle of test-e or test-c @ 500 MG a week for 8 weeks.

Imagine you check your BP every morning and night, and eat ultra clean.

You begin the cycle at a reasonable bf% of like 15-18%.

Depends what you take, If you are one of those guys who thinks D-bo, haloteston and Anadrol are good to use every cycle then you might have some long term problems.

Mr. Big Dyl I think your making the use of gear more then it needs to be. I know you want to take all the pre-caution there are available, but your going to have to decide what you want. There are going to be risk involved with the use of anabolics. Now got off the pot and decide what the fuck you want. If you looking to take yourself to the next level, then get some test and inject the fucker. Otherwise quit fucking with the thought and just eat more food as food is the strongest anabolic there is when natural. Now that's the fucking truth.

Tough

I feel if someone cycles smart and stops a cycle that is causing unwanted side effects the risks are low....you just have to keep an eye on blood pressure, and blood work to make sure you are not at high risk....the blood work is important. Next time I cycle I will get mine done every 4 weeks.

the side effects can be very serious when misused, but for the average sensible AAS user side effects shouldn't have a huge negative effect on long-term health in the grand scheme, things like genetic pre-dispositions to illness are going to play a much bigger role in life expectancy

How do you make sure you are not at high risk? Do you need to have gene tests done to determine if you are predisposed to heart issues and such?

the general consensus is that once legal "supplements", more in depth the designer steroids such as SD, are much harsher on the body than say injectables

correct me if im wrong, but they mess with you BP and liver values even more than say injectable test E...... that isn't to say since its legal (or once was) that its safe, but if it were too damaging to a body than it never would have went into production

there is of course exceptions to this, such as anadrol.... i may be also wrong here, but isn't anadrol used commonly at 50mg a day? and being 17 aa, thats real harmful like Superdrol, which is normally run at 20 or 30mgs

if your looking for safety in AAS, i think the majority would clearly recommend test E, and MAYBE deca... no its not SAFE, but if monitored closely you should be fine

just an opinion though- and its coming from someone who has not used AAS

get blood work before, during, and after to make sure your body is doing well...check liver, kidney, thyroid, and lipid profiles. Monitor blood pressure daily...even multiple times per day.

I wish I knew what you meant by that. I mean really. :(

I think he means get everything you want now but die sooner. Which I dont see as correct. The lifestyle this promotes will only help you live longer. Most of us on here eat healthier, dont do drugs and cut down on drinking, workout regularly and try to get quality sleep. All things most people dont do. All you have to do is look and see Arnold and others alive and very healthy for their age. Thats not to say stupidty wont have you ending up in the grave sooner though.

I think the biggest risk to bodybuilders is their diet, super high protien diets are not good, also high orals are a nono

Most people actually call that hey fatass, its time to cut. Not time to begin a cycle.
