How should I....?

I have finished my 6weeks cycle of Syngex 1 and 2 combined -- 2weeks ago (today is November 18, 2003) and I would like to know how long I should stay off to begin another 6weeks cycle.

THe rule of thumb is time on=time off.

The reason you need to stay off cycle is to get your system back to normal.Ya know get your natural test working again.Im sure you dont want a complete shutdown!

If you dont recouperate your next cycle will suck. When you take something that boosts test in the body, if your own natural test is low then you will have less total test.

You are running a recouperation effort I hope.
