How soon after last cycle?

I know everyone is sayn time on plus pct equals time off, but how many of you actually go by that? i did a 10 week cycle and will be starting week 3 of pct this week, been getting morning wood past 2 weeks and all seems to be working well. What sighns should i look for to make sure Im fully back to full test production? i wana start a prob/SD cycle like 4 weeks after pct, that will be about 10 weeks since last shot, comments?

ya im gona wait sometime. ive done 2 cycles of SD and both times it seriously hardend me up on low cal diets, gona go with it again seeing as i got it dirt cheap
