How soon would you get back at another cycle

I know there are "rules of thumb" and risks involved ect ect.
Just wanted to hear some opinions from guys who have done more cycles than I have what the soonest after pct they would cycle again if they got bloodwork done and everything came back good to go. I'm fucking addicted to training.... lol.
And have done 4 cycles now, full pct every time, ect ect.

Augustwest, I had the same question my self. So are you basicly saying, 3 months of cycle, w 1 month of pct, needs aproximately 4 months before starting again ?

This "guideline" is pretty old tho. Get bloods done, check LH/FSH, T-levels to see if you're got too go.
 
^^^ thats always what I was recommended by vets when I began. Im only 25 so Im not trying to screw my hormonal levels too much. But Im also still relatively new to this.

NBY's advice sounds more spot on for the times

Time on = time off is BS brology in my opinion. Bloodwork trumps all.
 
I did not do any blood work before starting my cycle, so I do not have a baseline. I was also told that T levels and hgh levels are very subjective to interpretation, which is why certain doctors are able to prescribe AAS for patients.
If that is indeed the case what would I be looking for in my blood after 3-4 months off cycle ?
 
XYZ, all brology aside then. Just based on your own body and metabolism, how long does it take you to normalize and start a new cycle ? Has this stayed consistant through your life or have you found it varies a lot ?
 
I'm on TRT so I do not use a PCT.

I can say for fact that the longer the cycle, the older you get and the more cycles you've done, the harder it is to recover.

Other than that, everyone is so different that it varies from person to person. It's hard to give a one size fits all answer.

I personally do a 6 month cycle, first half is a lean bulk, the second half is a cut....then run a very thorough and extensive PCT with many supplements involved and go 6 months off. It has really worked great for me. I always recover and I fully believe this approach to be superior to mini cycles that people run and feel that this is a better way to recover from cycles. From what Ive learned (for me) the fact is that while longer cycles are harder to recover from, theyre not THAT much harder to recover from unless you were on for years or something like that. Conversely, what does begin to hinder recovery is shutting yourself down 3 or 4 times per year and then recovering 3 or 4 times per year. This sort of approach has your bodies hormones in a yo-yo and has your body shutdown and then restarted again way too many times.........and this begins to really screw with your ability to recover longterm.

Thanks to both of you for the insights in to this. Again I am amazed at the complexity of the whole process. I do understand the risks and how the "one size fits all" approach doesnt quite work.

hmm that's a pretty interesting concept. I'd love to hear what your extensive PCT consists of? length?

I cant take credit for designing this PCT but its what I use and it always serves me wonderfully. For the last week of the cycle and for the two weeks leading into PCT i take 25mg's of Aromasin everyday. This is to create an environment where test and estrogen will rise together post-cycle. Also in the two weeks after my last pin and leading into PCT i use 25mg's of Clomid EOD, I dont wait for the esters to clear. Then when PCT officially starts I run Clomid at 50mg's each day for three more weeks, in the third week I overlap it with Nolvadex at 25mg's each day and continue to run this dosage of Nolvadex for 3 more weeks. THEN I run Aromasin on its own for 4 days on it's own. That is the end of SERM treatment and AI's. I then add nettle root extract and D-Aspatic acid and run them for 3 whole months together.
 
I should add that for the first 4 weeks of PCT I use 80mg's of ModGrf-1 and GHRP-6 4 or 5 times per day and then run it 3X per day after that.

Also plenty of fats and cholesterol are consumed, this is not a problem as I come out of the cycle lean (2nd part of cycle is a cut, as I said) so in being lean I am ready to eat to maintain the mass I gained and to raise testosterone. I do try to eat mostly the healthier omega 3 rich type-fats.

Lemme ask ya, for those 6 months... Do you just blast cruise? 8 week blast/8 week cruise? (example) Or are you on high dosages throughout?

Last cycle for example was just a test only cycle. I started with 700mg's for 5 weeks and then upped it to 1100mg's for 5 weeks and then 1300mg's for 4 weeks. After that I moved straight to a cut at 400mg's a week for the remaining 12 weeks or so. Im by no means an expert on toggling test dosages within a cycle (thats a topic to ask Heavyiron about), Im just saying what I did and that it worked great for me. I come out of the cycle very lean and can immediately go to a natural bulk which allows me to keep nearly all of my cycle gains. A lot of people end their cycles with too much fat on and then instinctively want to cut. This is a bad time to cut calories and try to lose weight as you are struggling to maintain cycle gains.
