Hey everyone.
I dont know if yall do this already but I thought Id try it and I was pleasantly surprised.
I bought a tub of regular ctg cheese and a bag of dry curd.
The dry curd has less than 1 gram of carbs .
I mixed the whole bag of dry in with the regular and stored it. It taste the same.. I cant really tell and I figured out the difference in carbs.
It cuts my lactose down to 4 grams per cup..Not bad from 10 grams anyway..
I luv the stuff so I figure it saves me 6 grams a day
Might sound trivial, but over a month its 160 grms of sugar .
Makes me feel better about my dairy intake anyway.
