haven't started my cycle yet but almost all stocked up on what i need to run it. i have a 1ml amp of 5000iu pregnyl HCG, a 30ml vial of bacteriostatic water, and a couple empty sterile vials.

so how would i transfer the HCG powder in the amp to the empty vial? im guessing i would start off by injecting 1ml of bac water into the broken HCG amp, then transfer it into the empty vial, and then inject the rest of the required bac water into the vial?

if i remember correctly, 5000iu of HCG requires 10ml of bac water? or isit 5000ml bac water? if im wrong somewhere please correct it for me.

You can mix it in whatever amount you like. If you mix it with 10ml you will have 500ui/ml if in 5ml 1000ui/ml etc.

I don't have enough posts to submit the link, but in the Hardbody sponsor thread, there is a great post on mixing HcG. Although you are using an amp, the gist is the same. Just search the Hardbody sponsor forum for the "Mixing HcG" thread, the poster is brandon123. Here is the text from the post... hope this helps:

"Been receiving alot of questions about mixing hcg lately so i figured i would make a thread.

Here is how i do it

I use a 25guage needle and draw up 2cc bac water and inject it directly into the hcg vial. The hcg vial is vaccum sealed so make sure to hold the plunger firmly or the water will shoot into the vial rapidly as soon as the needle breaks the Rubber. I have always been told to let the water drip down the side of the glass slowly.

Not sure exactly how much difference it makes but i have always done just that and not have a problem.

I personally like a .5cc 5/16" 30 gauge insulin needle. The .5 cc barel is marked in units. Every 10 units is .1cc and it goes up to 50 units which equal .5cc. Make sense? (Including picture for visual)

U now have 2cc in the vial of hcg which equals 5,000 iu
Split that in half and 1cc equals 2,500 iu
Split it one more time and u have 1,250 iu in .5 cc
So every 10 units or .1cc on your syringe equals 250iu

Here is a couple of options for drawing it up:

You can Draw all of the mixed hcg up in a 3cc syringe. take off the needle and through this opening carefully draw up with your insulin syringe one at a time. Fill up each syring to the desired amount and stick them in the fridge. Thats one option. Not for me though.

I do it different. Because i usually have kids over at the house or my girlfriend has her friends over, i really cant have syringes in the refridgerator. Some may be able to hide them easy but kids are pretty stinkin nosey, adults to for that matter. LOL So what i do is i just put my vial of mixed hcg into the fridge and when im ready for my bi weekly shot of 250iu, i just draw it with my insulin needle directly from the vial. Yes it does dull the needle. But its such a small needle anyways so it just feels like a little pinch and doesn't bother me.

make sure to keep in the fridge.

When you pull the vial out of the fridge, draw your stuff up and put it back asap. It will last longer. You dont' want it to warm up.

Now locate your belly button. Pinch some fat next to it, swab it with alcohol, and inject."
