Hey everyone my names Tom. I started getting into fat loss when I was a freshman and went from 230 some odd lbs to my lowest this summer of 150lbs. I???m currently 5'6" and now weight 161lbs. I've been working out for about a year now but am serious and want to get larger. I'm tired of being the small guy in the gym.

So I was wondering if anyone has any pointers for me, first I will give you my daily schedule.

Mon-Friday

*Up at 6am
*Eat a serving of Keto's hot cereal w/ milk and a protein shake.
*Off to school and eat a protein bar at around 9:30am, currently Detour but don???t like them and will get to that later.
*At about 12:45pm I ea lunch which is either a turkey sandwich or some sort of meat w/ veggies and some rice.
*Then another shake at about 2:15pm
*Gym from 2:30pm-4pm (depending on schedule and work I do cardio at least 3 days a week, but its hard to fit it in there)
*Next shake and meal is at about 4:10pm-4:15pm. That???s when I get home.
*Then there???s usually a meal or two in there somewhere depending on what???s going on.

I am currently taking EAS protein isolate/concentrate shakes, morning has about 2 scoops, before gym is 1-2, and after gym is about 3 scoops. I also take creatine twice a day, 1 teaspoon before and after the gym, same for my glutamine-L, and a multi-vitamin in the morning and night time. I have been looking for a quality protein bar of some sort for that extra bit of protein and snack while in school that doesn't have to much fat but that???s like trying to find parking in NYC, just aint gonna happen.

I was just wondering if anyone could comment on what I am doing and whether it is good or bad as well as offer any comments, suggestions, or anything. Thanks a lot everyone.

Sorry forgot to throw in my workout routin, I have been trying to increase the weight as I go and do the traditional 3 sets at 10-12 reps. I do the basics that my cousin trained me to do. But I was also thinking of the 12 week MAX-OT training thing, I've heard some good results from it. Any comments on that would be great as well, don't wanna screw my self up or anything.

I'm sure you'd get some help if you post your questions in another section like training, supplements, etc.
