Howdy everyone. I've been hitting the weight on an off for the past couple of years. I've decided it's time to get back to it. This time around I'd like to focus on benching more. If I had to guess my 1RM would be about 200 although last year it was 240. Anyway a good generic benching routine would be helpful. Thanks.
