anyone used this or have any thoughts on it?
i was reading though it one thing i dont get maybe someone knows, is he suggesting that you do one exercise for each muscle group followed by the specialized exercise the back to the original for the 100 rep set or how many exercises would you guys do for each muscle group using this ?
