Hummus

I had some hummus last night for the first time and thought it was really good. It's a good source for fat, and i'd like to add it to my diet, but i'm not sure what to eat it on. Does anybody eat alot of it and have an idea what it's good to eat with?
 
I eat hummus almost everyday. I eat it on 100% organic whole grain bread with either turkey or beef burgers.

Hommus is an ok source of both carbs and fats... But just check how it is made.... A good hommus is made basically with chick-peas with a bit of garlic, spices, lemon juice and tahini (+/- some olive oil)... If they go and add things like sugar or cream or anything like that to it then it is probably not the best...

You can use it similar to avocado in that you can mix it with tuna, stir it through salads, use it as a dip for vegetables, spread it onto ezekial bread, use it as a condiment for meats etc etc...
