just curious.....i put a good 3 day partying binge on from fri thru sun....barely slept and totally didn't follow my usual 6-7 meals a day....i actuall ate alot less but still took in alot of calories from alcohol....i even rested all day mon....i still feel like crap today at work....can't wait to get home and crash....am i still dehydrated? or am i just getting old and not able to ebound like i used to....any input?
