Been having alot of trouble with the tie ins around my elbows for a couple months now. After my deads and shrugs all my upper forearm to lower bi"s are junk to the point I almost completely skip bicep work all together 4-5 days later. Sharp pain!! I usually will mix grip to 405 on both, strap up and continue dbleoverhand till whatever. Arms do not hurt a bit while doin back day, just the whole week even 10 days after. Any ideas?
