Johnny on squats stunting your growth:
IM member: "Ive been doing squats since I was 15 and now Im 30 and 6'5 tall. How do you explain that, johnny?"
johnny: "Duhhhh....Idunno...maybe you could have been taller, dude."
Johnny on having to do a million exercises for bicep size:
IM member: "Ive been doing minimal bicep work for years because I get enough stimulation from back exercises and I have a 19 inch arm at only 5'6. How do you explain that, johnny?"
johnny:"Duhhhh....idunno.....maybe they would be bigger if you did more bicep work, dude."
Johnny on proper chest training:
IM member: "All I do is flat bench and I have a 56 inch chest with full upper, lower, inside and outside definition. How fo you explain that, johnny?"
johnny: "Duhhh....idunno....maybe it would be better developed if you did incline, decline bench. Incline, decline flyes. Incline, decline dips. Incline, decline pec dec. Incline, decline pushups. Incline, decline neck presses from the floor. Blah blah blah, blah blah blah..."
