I am allergic to milk/caesin/whey protien?

I have always had a bad reaction to any diary products, always feeling bloated, and having the runs was not uncommon. Last week I avoided all dairy products, including my protein shakes and felt so much better. No bloating etc. Yesterday I returned to dairy products including a meal replacement shake after my work out I feel sluggish and my stomach simply does not feel right have the runs again. Doe this mean I should stop taking all dairy products? What can I have after I work out instead of a protein shake? Thanks in advance for any advice :thumb:
 
I am currently working out at 6:30am if this makes a difference
 
The only way to know what the real the problem is to add one thing back at a time every couple of days.. It could be the particular protein shake you are taking, or you could indeed be lactose intolerant.
 
thanks any ideas of non lactose based protien shakes?
