I have always had a bad reaction to any diary products, always feeling bloated, and having the runs was not uncommon. Last week I avoided all dairy products, including my protein shakes and felt so much better. No bloating etc. Yesterday I returned to dairy products including a meal replacement shake after my work out I feel sluggish and my stomach simply does not feel right have the runs again. Doe this mean I should stop taking all dairy products? What can I have after I work out instead of a protein shake? Thanks in advance for any advice
