I am a 37yo,male, I am 6ft and 280lbs, with some soft spots and i lift heavy with the basics bench, deadlift, and gluteus maximus to the floor squats and I do cardio and other body parts 2 days a week. but have just upt cardio to 5 days a week to drop some softy. have a great day and remember if ur day started out bad you should probably just call in sick and go to the gym lol. hello to all the newbies lookin for some new knowledge and good conversation.
