I'm about to give up on going to the gym. I have hit the worst plateau and I can't get over it. I race MX, i make my living doing it, and i am very fit. Not a body builder but I can run for as long as I want, and bench 160 (I weigh 130) and I squat 250, both at 5 to 7 reps. I never take prohormones or anything, because I feel that my body will get bigger as long as I push it like no ones business every day. I actually just bought 1 andro rx, (yeah, I just said I never take them, and I might just give these away lol) My point is, aside from my protein drinks, I am naturally building, but it isn't working. I would like someone's 2 cents worth that isnt on commission if you know what i mean. I go to the store and they refer me to 5 million prohormones, mass shakes, weight gainers, and every other thing I wont buy.

Bottom line, I need help with my testosterone, or something. I dont know what, but that is why I am asking people with experience. haha Thanks!

PS, I train people at the gym, and my workout routines are good. It takes people about 3 months of working out with me every day to keep up with the whole thing, and even at that most can't do it. I'm not lazy, i swear thats not what my problem is! haha. Thanks.

You didn't mention your diet.

If your goal is to get bigger or stronger your body needs the macronutrients to do it. 1 Andro rx or any other PH won't do anything without the nutrients to do the building.

+1 in a nutshell: eat more quality food

Keep increasing your "clean" calorie intake by 300 cals/day, one week at a time, until you start gaining more weight.

My calorie intake is pretty high, and carbs. I can't say for sure, but working at olive garden I eat pasta literally every day with either chicken, or steak. and By what I have researched on my diet, My calorie intake daily is about 4200, carbs I have no idea, and protein is (with my suppliment which is the Twinlab 100% whey protein fuel deal) is at about 160 grams a day give or take. Is this a good diet to keep? I know for MX, the pasta is good for me, the meat is good for the protein, and the calorie intake should help bulk me up. But Im not sure what it is, maybe I should try getting a weight gainer and see what it does. Adding about 1000 more calories from that a day could be the change im looking for.

restaurant food has always been bad for my physique. It doesn't seem to be effecting you negatively though...maybe others have a better idea of what would be the best meals...I think the proteins are great. the sauces might be full of things you don't want to consume.

It would be a good exercise to put your typical meal plan into a food counts program and post it up. Most people think their diet is 'good' or 'clean' for what they are doing - but you've got two diametrically opposed expectations and goals - you want to build mass, but your energy demands are very aerobic in nature. Its like a distance running trying to build mass while running 15 miles/day. I couldn't tell you what is optimal for your goals, but generally your body reflects your lifestyle - i.e. where you are now is the result of your body's ability to respond to the diet & energy demands you've given it to work with. That means if you're not getting what you expect out of it, you need to tweak something. Start w/ your diet first because that's the foundation for the resources your body has to work with.

Can you post up your typical day's meal plan and the info from a food counts program? Broad descriptions of "lots of pasta" and such really don't give enough detail for anyone to go in deeper and see if there are some tweaks to be made.
