I Got In A Car Accident Yesterday

my chiro says to do no wieght lifting but only my neck hurts. I don't want to do as told but probably should. I have whip lash and feel ok minus the headache. does any one see any reason not to lift? It is not like I am using my neck
 
I wouldnt, why risk further injury to your neck? its not worth it.
 
BECAUSE WHEN I AM SORE FROM MUSCLE TENSION LIFTING SEEMS TO HELP. i HAVE WHIP LASH NOW AND AS i DO WHAT I AM TOLD i GET MORE SORE.
 
Just rest up for a few days and stop being a fiend, the gym ain't going to fly away with all those weights in there.
 
If I wonder that you broke your keyboard in the car crash, are you going to be upset with me? :spin:

And yes, take some time off. It is better to stay injury free.
