3. is it ok for me to eat bacon since one person told me that eating bacons everyday isnt good cuz its "oily"

4. is it ok for me to eat Mandarin Chicken from panda express?

5. how many time should i go out for a walk in the morning per week?

6. (last one) How do i avoid my stomach showing 'bloated' looking which cause "bump" on my stomach after i eat--- it happens 1/2 of the time after eating- i HATE that since it makes me feel fat..

I would suggest you read this first.

1) read above link
2) I guess it would depend on the cereal. Avoid highly processed sugar cereal. Try and find ones with high fiber. Or eat it for a cheat meal.
3) I would try and avoid bacon. It is high in fat. Once again it would probably be fine for a cheat meal, once a week.
4) Not sure, it really depends on how they cook it. My guess it is not cooked healthy and is probably really high in sodium.
5) I think you need to avoid sodium.

1.anything high glycemc, unless its directly after your workout.

2. Stick with old fashioned oats. But mix it with honey and splenda,

3. It's ok to "cheat" with bacon, especially on a mass phase-but stay away from it when cutting.

4.WTF is that? Sound slike too much sugar. Again, deep fried and high glycemic,

5. I would go @ least 5 days a week when cutting or more. Or, try HIIT training.

6. Sounds like youre eating way too much.

1. Avoid Sugary or high-fat foods if you can... especially foods with lots of ingredients that sound like "monohydropolysulforinate".
2. Depends on the cereal, and what your goals are. If you're trying to lose weight, avoiding sugar is key, and lots of cereal is high in sugar.
3. Bacon is a fatty food, and not particularly good for you. If you like it, eat it sometimes, but I wouldn't eat it EVERY day.
4. Mandarin chicken from Panda Express probably is not very healthy... but its better than eating nothing...
5. More exercise the better... find what works for you. If walking every morning works, the great. If one or 2 days a week seems more reasonable, do that.
6. Eating overly greasy foods can make you feel bloated. Stick to lighter foods like sushi for instance to avoid this problem. I also find that eating an even ratio of carbs to protein can help me avoid feeling bloated.

Posting what your diet is like on this forum can help you. I'd recommend keeping a journal of what you eat for about a week, just to see what's going on. People on these forums can critique your diet and can help get you on the right track. Write things like age, weight, goals, etc.
