I have been lifting off and on since I was 17 and now I am 27. I have done and do many different types of bicep exercises. For some reason I never did reverse curls. Well I just did them and my tendon(s) that connect the bicep to the forearm and to the shoulder are very sore. I haven't felt this type of soreness since I started working out 10 years ago.
I am assuming this is good. Any thoughts?
