Hi every body,

I just started cutting. Know, I use Stacker 2 which contains Ephedrine and Caffeine and some other integrants. I have some question about nutrition during cutting. Can any body help?

1: I plan to eat three cans of yogurt every day with each meal. Is that Ok or too much?

2: Should I have banana prior to exercise or not? And if not, should I eat one with breakfast and lunch?

3: Should I eat white bread in the morning for cerbs and brown bread in the afternoon or should I eat brown bread only?

Thanks

This depends on your weight, body fat, activity level, basal metabolic rate and what else you are eating during the day (that is - your overall calorie deficiency).

But you should be eating more than three meals anyway...

It also depends on your overall calorie intake and your goals - as well as your personal preferences and the intensity of your workouts.

It also depends on what you mean by 'cutting'. For me that term means the last few weeks of a competition prep in which you are stripping as much BF from your body as you possibly can, and this is markedly different to someone who is just trying to loose some weight/BF.

I am of the opinion that a banana, eaten pre/post workout (especially if you are working out at a whoop-arse intensity), when combined with a well balanced diet is fine when trying to loose weight.

During actual cutting it is a little more complicated and very individual. Some people drop all fruit from cutting diets, others will only eat some fruits.

Some peopledon't even eat bananas while bulking.

Anyway - once again, I need more information to give you a more definate answer.

3: Should I eat white bread in the morning for cerbs and brown bread in the afternoon or should I eat brown bread only?
Neither - Both white and brown bread are nutritionally useless... You should not even use these to feed the pidgeons (it will probably kill them too).

If you want to eat bread then a sprouted bread or a wholegrain pumpernickel bread are your best options.

But if you are truely cutting (pre-comp) I would dump the bread completely.

Yeah!

Cutting is simple, just eat frickin healthy fresh foods while semi-judging the number of cals you consume. I did 3 months before with no cheat meals, and after the first month, I no longer craved them anymore. Of course once you eat a couple again, your start craving them again.
