I know there are alot of threads out on these two supplements but any help would be nice. ok so i have been working out for a while now and havent been taking anything. i just recently baught some whey protien and amp creatine 189 from GNC. i was woundering what is the best way for taking these i didnt like the fact the the amp creatine was in a pill form because i heard that the powder is better, but i got a discount on it.

-i would like to know which is better the pill or the powder? and the bottle says two pills daily, so should i take one when i wake up and one before i work out or one before i work out and one after i work out?

-the protein also when should i take that before and after the work out?

-what brand creatine and protien would yall recommend for the best results.

-any other brands or supplements that work good for yall to just let me know what works.

Sorry you had to learn the hard way never buy at GNC yeah whey and creatine should be good to start off. Eat right train hard for a while then maybe look into futher supps next time you need whey check out this link

As for creatine i do not like the powder bloats me it is cheaper but i like creatine ethyl ester next time you need creatine check out this link

Before you consider supplements mate maybe you should take a look at your diet and see if that is in check first.
