I know there are alot of threads out on these two supplements but any help would be nice. ok so i have been working out for a while now and havent been taking anything. i just recently baught some whey protien and amp creatine 189 from GNC. i was woundering what is the best way for taking these i didnt like the fact the the amp creatine was in a pill form because i heard that the powder is better, but i got a discount on it.
-i would like to know which is better the pill or the powder? and the bottle says two pills daily, so should i take one when i wake up and one before i work out or one before i work out and one after i work out?
-the protein also when should i take that before and after the work out?
-what brand creatine and protien would yall recommend for the best results.
-any other brands or supplements that work good for yall to just let me know what works.
