You Also Have An Issue With Starting Each Word With A Capital Letter.

Sorry couldn't resist.

Anyway, im not sure if you already have but you might want to take a look here:

Also, what is your current diet like at the moment? Because of your unbalanced hormones and insulin levels you will need to be extra strict with your diet and what you eat to control your weight effectively.

If you post your current diet someone might be able to make some suggestions to you. Also, are you currently on a birth control pill?

I feel your pain more than you know. Trust me I do. After 2 years of hormone related issues (thyroid, adrenal and estrogen dominance) I am finally on medication that is helping although slowly. I have been extremely strict with myself and as a result only gained 15lbs due to my issues and I mean VERY STRICT!

I hate to tell you this but its going to almost impossible for you to lose any weight right now. The best you can do is stick with a healthy diet and exercise and do the best you can to maintain your weight. Once you are on the proper medication the weight will start to come off, slowly but downward is better than upwards.

Not eating carbs is going the be the worse thing you can do. You need carbs to assist with proper hormone function. I don't mean eat a lot of them but have a bowl of oats in the morning and a piece of fruit later in the day. That with the veggies should be enough carbs.

How are you doing with your medications? Are they going to do surgery?

Me again! :)

Hello everyone and thank you for all your replies I really appreaciate the time and effort :) as far as my diet goes its as strict as I know

6:30 AM --BREAKFAST--EGGS BACON AND MORE BACON JUST KIDDING LOL
for real my breakfast usually consists of either 2 scrambelled eggs with green onions half a grapefruit, green tea or Go Lean Kashi cereal 1/2 cup with 1/2 cup skim milk and same sides, water

9:30--SNACK--GREEN FRUIT, water

12:30--LUNCH--SALAD WITH LETTUCE, TOMATOES, CUCUMBERS, RADISHES, CARROTS AND EITHER TUNA, BREADED CHICKEN 1 breast, WHITE FISH OR SHRIMP 1/2 cup

3:30--plain yogurt and grapefruit juice 1 cup

6:30 --stirfry with rice or noodles with tons of veggies or just some sort of protein with veggies. water.

AS WELL AS BIRTH CONTROL IM CURRENTLY NOT TAKING ANY IT CONFLICTS MY SYNDROME DUE TO THE FACT THAT IM NOT MENUSTRATING AT THE MOMENT AND IF I DID IT WILL INCREASE THE AMT OF CYSTS ON MY OVARIES SINCE THEY GROW FROM THE BLOOD :(

MY MEDICATIONS HAVENT HELPED YET ITS TAKING A WHILE ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE TAKEN A NEW MEDICATION THAT IS ORIGINALLY PRESCRIBED FOR DIABETICS BUT RESEARCHERS HAVE FOUND IT CLEARS OVARIAN SYNDROME. THESE MEDS ARE MAKING ME RETAIN A LOT OF WATER WHICH IS SOMETIMES REALLY NOTICEABLE I WILL WAKE UP REALLY PUFFY OR MY FINGERS WILL BECOME LIL SAUSAGES LOL SO I HAVE STARTED TAKING NATURAL DIURETICS AND IT HAS HELPED A LIL BIT. I DONT WAKE UP WITH FRANK'S ATTACHED TO MY HANDS LOL

HOWEVER THEY WILL NOT PERFORM ANY LASER SURGERY AT THE MOMENT DUE TO THE FACT THE CYSTS ARE VERY TINY AND NOT DANGEROUS.

SORRY FOR ALL THE PARAGRAPHS AND CAPS ON AND CAPS OFF I AM AFTER 14 HOURS OF WORK AND WHEN I WRITE TO MANY THINGS ARE WANTING TO COME OUT SO ITS ALL MESSED UP WHEN I WRITE LOL

THANK YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR TIME,

S.DOT.

Your diet looks good to be honest, I think though a bowl of oats in the morning would probably be a good idea as suggested by Jodi, perhaps replacing your two scrambled eggs? What is your excersize routine like? If you post it here someone might be able to make a few suggestions for it. Your condition is obviously quite complicated but with the right diet (Which you pretty much have already!) and a very good training routine you will be doing everything you can to control your weight until your medication starts working effectively.

Good luck with it though and dont give up :)
