I've got myself a job (2 months on probation) I am a 'home trainer'. I can't take all my weights with me and the bench- for a month at least. I'll take the two dumbell bars though tommorrow, with 4x10kgs(20lb), 4x5kgs(10lb), and some smaller plates.

I'll think up sort of routine (even if only to keep things going) . Though if anyone knows of any specific routines I'd be interested.

This place is in the middle of nowhere, not a gym in sight!

Plenty of cardio on this job anyway mucking out 14+stables a day amongst other things.

Dumbell bars? Barbell? Anyways you can do all the power lifts as well as curls, good mornings, skull crushers, bench variations, dead lift, shoulder press, shrugs. Im sure theres more I just cant think right now.

calisthenics is the way to go...

Thanks XcelKrush

I'll have to make a bench with a plank between two chairs. Yea I should have said dumbells not 'dumbell bars' But to me 'dumbells' are those solid non ajustable things.
