My fat is spread out disproportionately. My arms, legs, and buttocks don't get much fat as my stomach...and it's not my sides either, it's right in front of the mid abdomen that gets the most fat. It's kinda good in a way, because I don't get the pear shape look, only the beer drinker look (which is a discrepancy, because I almost never drink). I've been lifting for almost 2 years now, and I've been lifting heavier than ever and I am at my highest, 170lbs. I have only moderate muscle build and currently am at 19-21% bodyfat. I feel a little fat loss since February, I fit into my jeans easier (and I do notice a change in strength and my body in the mirror). I'm out of school now and have a shitload of time.

If I just keep lifting consistently as I have (3-5 days/week, 1-2 hours) for the whole May-August summer months, how much fat would a person normally lose? Because if you guys do say that I might lose 5% or more fat, I might just limit my cardio to 30min 2-3 times/week instead of 1hour 4 times/week that I have been doing for a while now and just go all out lifting 4 day lift program, 3-4 hours a day (which I have never done before).

What's more preferrable for me?
1)lower my weight training, do cardio everyday until I lose my belly, then go back to weight training

or

2)lower my cardio a little for the moment, lift like crazy for the fall, then go back to cardio/lift in fall

I'm not hoping to look like Chris Benoit, more like Rey Mysterio. I'm kinda short too, 5'2", so I noticed I gain mass rather easily with only moderate fat gain.

My diet is:
4-6 meals a day
chicken, beef, fish, eggs (1 yolk for every 3 whites)
oranges, apples, bananas (rarely)
pbutter, carrots, oatmeal
protein supplement? not at the moment...that shit is expensive
EFAs? will pick up flax seed oil soon...that shit is expensive! From my guess, I get about 2000-2500 calories a day.

candy, fastfood - out of my diet completely...well, a whopper once every few months is refreshing

Ever think of using thermogenics, like hydroxycut or somesuch?
