I need info/a link, I want to watch my trainer qualify for Nationals

Okay, Im not sure if I'll be able to make it or not, but the info would be nice to have! I went to the show last year and she was surprised to see me there. My Dad drove me down with his gf, they know nothing of the sport, they just did it for me. Orlandos a 4hr drive from Jacksonville.

She was staying with some friends and some1 was competeing I think. Shes cutting up nicely, Ive never seen her look this good. Ive seen her get ready for competitions before too. I asked her when it was, and I think its the NPC SOUTHERN something in Orlando,FL.

I need the details here, I forgot how to do searches, how to download music, how to change my avatar......... my memory sux!

oh...um, theres 1 of me and my sister in my gallery. but im no bodybuilder, but i once trained/ate like 1 for a short while but i gave up, its just not for me. i am athletic. i do need to update that picture, bc i just dyed my hair red and got glasses.

yeah! i think it scares people, when people see that picture the 1st thing they say is oh she can kick my ass......i talked to some1 today, and society thinks that feminitity lies in figure.
I still think muscle is beautiful, bulked up or leaned down

i havent decided wheather or not im going to compete in figure or bodybuilding, maybe both!.........but thats years and years away.............can anyone find me any studies done on muscle maturity?
