So I'm desperate for some buff persons' help. I'm a female, 5'4" & about 130 lbs. I'd like to lose about 10 lbs of fat or so....mainly in my stomach area & around the armpit/shoulders. Right now I weight lift for 40 min. 3 times a week & do about 45 min of cardio 6 times a week. Here is my diet.....does anyone have any tips? I'm at a total plateau (and yes, I do change my workouts).
Breakfast: coffee w/soymilk, splenda; 2 eggs with 1/4 cup lowfat cheese & bbq sauce or cottage cheese with 1/5 cup lowfat granola & berries
Snack: coffee w/soymilk; piece of fruit & vegetables
Lunch: salad with grilled chicken, black beans, corn, lowfat cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms, carrots & 2 TBS lowfat dressing
Snack: probably more coffee & more fruit & vegetables
Dinner: piece of fish, caprese salad, more vegetables & 1/2 cup ice cream for dessert.
I don't really know what I can change...I mean I do splurge sometimes & have a burrito or something, but I think I work out enough to take care of those splurges. Also on the weekends I do drink light beer.
