I am in the middle of a 16 week precontest diet...I am going friggin nuts around foods that I cannot even breathe near. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can beat these need'em now blues? How does anyone do it? I've dieted for shows in the past, but I mean f*ck! I'm having a hard time this year. I must say however, that my BF is coming away rather easily, ever since I really started taking in more BCAAs and found the right diet stack. I love that stuff. If I can recommend any one brand-I'd say Core ABCs.
