Ok so now I suck and need some good motovation. I been doing well since starting my cutting phase. Easter Sunday I let myself go. Candy, Kilbasa, Ham, Bread , Bread, Ice Cream more Ice cream, more Kilbasa... you get the picture.
Since Sunday..missed everyday of my workout...slept in... haven't been getting enough sleep and been trying to eat clean however nights are the wosrt with all the left over candy..
NEED MOTOVATION cuz obvioulsy me telling myself TOMORROW NO EXCUSES isn't working...
Blast me/ bring me up/ talk sense to me
do anything to HELP ME!!!!!
