If the each line means something, what does the "i.m." at the bottom line represent?
Does it mean that only to the first line is to be given as an "intramuscular injection"?

It looks to me that the lines are just breaks to show that you are reading the info in-between the lines from top to bottom.
So, each amp has in it 250mg, 1ml, im (for intramuscular injection).

BTW, the post here is just having some fun. I'm not trying to put anyone down. I myself, learn something here in the forums everyday.
