I want to gain more body weight and my friend told me to multiply my body mass by 16 to see how many carb i need to eat everyday, am i supposed to multiply my lean body mass or just what the weighing scale indicates, like if your eating 2 grams of protien per pound of bodyweight and a month goes by and u gain 4 pounds would u need to increase the protiein by 4 grams, or just 3 or 5 grams because the 5 pounds was not pure muscle.
