this is the "hip thrust flexinator" followed by incline bench followed by ballsack crusher followed by bent over rows. The "hip thrust flexinator" falls into the "I-am-a-fag" workout routine. The "Ball crusher" falls into the "I-am-a-eunich" routine. I personally avoid both types every chance I get. But hats off to, umm... this dude.
