IDS Creatine Titrate Xtreme , is it any good?

What's up guys im kinda new to the forum.
been lifting on/off all since 16 yrs. old.
been going steady for about a year now.
just bought some Creatine Titrate from a co. called IDS. i was justed wondering if anyone was using or tried this product, and what they thought about it....

i seen that stuff right at the supplement place i go to.
funny too it was sittin right next to the ids product i just bought, i looked at them both, but grabbed the ids. well ill go back in a day or two and pick some "swole" up....

Is this rep for the creatine or the co. If either, do you have the artical you saw, or whatever, to not just say bad rep...

I have been using IDS creatine for a while now and it is doing what any other creatine does when I take it.

awsof, how long u been taking IDS? and how does it compare to other stuff?
i just got mine been using bout' ten days now i think i feel a liitle "pump" maybe just in my mind though?....

Creatine does not do anything spectacular. At least not for me. Yes a little bit of a pump a little more power. Don't get me wrong, if I didn't look for it I would most likely not notice.

Some of the other stuff IDS sells would most likely be shit, however creatine is creatine in IMHO...
