I find it funny... people try to put a story about God into our terms & when it doesn't make sense, they discard the story.
One story's version even has Mary being raped by a Roman guard.
Some people will take every opportunity to challenge His divinity.
Bottom line I don't see where it matters: Jesus was born & there is substantial evidence He did live. Where you go from there is your choice.
