I sympathise with this. When you're a strong guy it's difficult to set aside the thing that makes you special in the gym to attain another goal. Not only that but cutting sucks. Go and get the most accurate body fat test done, i will do the same, then we will compare lbm which is in layman's speak, lean body mass, thats what you have left when all your fat is gone….
