well couple of weeks ago i got in a compromising position with my flat mates girlfriend no shagging but "heavy petting" was involved. to be honest i didnt know much about i was slightly intoxicated (i dont even remeber) but she told him and know things are kind of fucked up

Then you'd both be out of my life and I'd already have been moving on. Now at 45 I am just not interested in anything negative and would have thrown all your shit out side and ended it with her. No room for emotional clutter nor people that place no value in my humanity.

Or maybe he is not a bitch ... maybe he is just secret guy. He may get even in other ways. The silent ones can be the very worst ones to deal with IMHO. He may thrash your car somehow ... there are a million ways to do that. He could screw your credit all to hell by sending in three letters to the credit reporting agencies stating you never paid off loans on goods and services. Your credit score would fall over night and take 4 to 6 months to fix. Maybe stash dope in your car then call the authorities and say you're a drug dealer. By the time you got done paying off a lawyer and getting out of that mess you'd be in hock up to your forgetful memory. The passive aggressive types can get brutal if ya piss 'em off enough.
He is pissed ... nobody can find out his flatmate got heavy with his girl and not get pissed. He's internalizing it for some reason. You broke a solemn vow with your bro and now you need to fix this with him ... if you can. Good luck there. You might get lucky and have a weak person for a roomy ... he may just let this pass.
