My labs show mine is 280 on a scale of 71-241. Is that a benefit to me? I noticed people take peptides to elevate their levels I assume. What would someone's levels be on a peptide?

Juice, especially orals increase IGF-1 levels.
Heres a good and short article about IGF-1 IGF-1 Profile

Dannie thanks for the link. I guess people can have naturally high test levels..I guess my IGF is my gift. According to that IGF works well stacked with test and tren. I should get on some tren ASAP ;)

Normal range on my labs has always been 83-344ng/mL and I hover between 250 and 300. Americans statistically have higher IGF-1 levels than most of the world due to high meat diets. Studying the consequences have been all the rage for the past decade with all evidence pointing to elevated cancer risks. The suggestion of stacking with test and tren is first anecdotal and second referring to supraphysiological levels of IGF-1. E

As far as how much peptides increase it? Totally depends on the compound. GHRP/GHRH at 100mcg/100mcg 3x per day shows around 10% increase from baseline IGF-1... though that's not its only benefit. IGF-DES @ 100mcg per day will peak about 15-25 minutes after injection and can raise IGF-1 levels by as much as 100% depending on the person. But it very rapidly declines over the following hours.

Your levels are pretty desirable and are definitely a gift for building mass. Makes cell proliferation much easier than someone that eats well and still has lower levels. However its not equivalent to having teenaged levels of testosterone in your blood for overall anabolic growth... but not much is :(.

Great feedback! I have always been an easy gainer but staying lean is a challenge. I wish I had the easy gain with one of those metabolisms that don't let you gain an ounce of fat. However those types usually have troubles gaining mass and have to eat retarded amounts of calories to grow. I assume running test you can for sure have the hormones of a growing teenager. I know since I've been on decent TRT I have started seeing great changes just like when I was 18-21. Back then I used to get accused of AAS use and I hadn't tried it yet. I feel like my body is responding like that again with a nice dose of test and deca.
