Nooo. Don't think that the headaches are correlated with melatonin use; its documented to decrease several types of headaches (vascular, migraine, cluster), contrary to your experience.

I'll put my dime on the direct cause being chronic lack of sleep, coupled with tension, and prevalence of omega 6 unsaturated fatty acids in the diet (coupled with insufficient omega-3 PUFAs).

I was getting more sleep when I started using it than now, so I wonder if that may have been the case. I am semi-sensative sometimes when changes in sleep occur, lately I get very little. I still have an email from monday to reply to (IA), I still have a health care form from two weeks ago to fill out, just now finished some brokerage forms.

Time is lé beesh.

Friend of mine liked it at 60mcg daily, 40mcg he didn't notice much.
I tried it three times. @40, 60 and 80 and did nothing for me except empty my pocket book. .
