what dosage would i use on igf des and is it once a day or twice a day?
when do you take if on gh?
i am on 5ius a day of rips and want to add igf
should i go with igf des? will it increase fatloss and size?[/FONT]

You can do DES 2 times a day.Do it pre workout for site growth and later on in the day.Also lr3 I like the best as it will last 20-30 hours.Do gh first post then20 min.later take lr3.Also do DES pre.
