Hey I'm new to these forums, but I'm not new to lifting. I've been doing it for about 9 years straight now. I'm a homebody though, I have my own hack squat, smith machine, leg curl/extension machine, vertical knee raise/dip apparatus, high/low pulley, and treadmill.
I'm hoping to soak up some of your guys' knowledge.
