Im becoming obsessive compulsive with lifting. Anyone ever been through this before?

So recently my gains are starting to be noticed by people without me saying anything. For example just this week Ive gotten some comments from people for the first time about my gains. Saying how my arms are getting big. One guy even said " don't get too much bigger cause you wont be able to move your arms."

Now we all know that is not going to happen. Maybe by their standards my arms are big but not to me. Its because they have never seen me bodybuild before so this is new to their eyes. The point IM trying to make here is, everytime I look in the mirror I don't think my arms are big enough. Remember I have only been doing this for about 3 months now. I want my arms to be big. I mean huge. I want them to fucking make Hulk Hogans Python arms look like a worm compared to my arms. Is this a disease or something?
