Okay, okay slow down everyone...Its true! Ive just completed my bit on MTV Cribs just yesterday and i gotta say it was cool! Whats this got to do with training? Well, on the programme itself i show everyone my gym and then go into different techniques....as i'll explain in a sec.
My place is in Honalulu and it took over 2 years to build (a bit like my physique). Its 54 acres of land and a lake!! Ive just fitted in my own fun park with rides and animals...a soccer field, a basketball court ( im a big lakers fan) and an indoor ice rink!!! Ive got 17 bedrooms, all with personal bath toilet and shower aswell as an option to have food delivered to your door if you manage to lose carbon.
Back to the training!! On Cribs i was showing a new exercise of mine which completely works the entire back region. It really builds the base of middle back aswell as the lats and traps!! I believe this exercise was named after the famous female bodybuilder of the 1940's "Ronnie Roncone". Hence the exercise is called "Roncone Ruptural Relapse".
Execution of exercise: First off, i need to be there to perform this exercise. You need to bend over into doggy position with a weight on your back. I will lubricate your asshole (or not, if you like it like that) and repeatedly prod your anus with my paramecium sized penis while you try to remain stable with that weight on your back. I give the reach-around upon request, but be careful, that takes up the intensity of the lift big time! One set of about 12 seconds is all i'm good for. Then I have to go take a nap.
