Ive been a member since last year. I post occasionaly.
I will admit its not my favorite site, I prefer ABC, but I got though my thick headedness and figured bodybuilding was bodybuilding, and there are some people here who are not on ABC, so why ignore them? I read everyday, but rarely post.

my nickname has been Rock since my 1st father-in-law started calling me that. hey i was lucky he called my husband (a musician) Juke-box, because we were all about music and going to concerts back then. then i fell for this huge gorgeous actor in the scorpion king and hmm i spent way too much time gazing at him on the pc. 69 well the obvious and i am exactly 69 inces tall.
