i am 16 years old when i was younger i used to work out with my dad all the time and then i got video games and kinda drifted of the path... well anyways i barely exercised or anything ate what ever i wanted... i weighed 138 pounds 5,9 with insomnia and bad bags under my eyes.... well anyways i started working out a weak ago on Friday since then everyday i eat oat meal couple of fruits protein shakes... then what ever my mom is making for supper (don't eat bad food) well anyways since then i have dropped down to 133.6. when i was younger i used to swim all the time so i have a really thin and broad shoulders.. i think that im on my way to getting my abs showing because on both sides of my stomach it is kind of thin ex... but anyways could someone show me what the 1st sign of the road to abs looks like im not looking for a quick bulk up because for some reason since i started working out i feel better,happier ex..
