Hey all im from Australia , im doing body building as my new lifestyle .... been doing it for 5 weeks now , 2 body parts a day and so on ... i dont know much about machine names and so on , and this is the first forum ive entered in my entire life , so im sorry if i do something to stuff the forum.
Im aiming to bulk up and be a massive bloke , i was very over weight about 5 months ago , lost 42kg in 4 months which im happy with , and now i want to bulk up hardcore.
My Trainning i made myself
Monday - Chest , Shoulders
Tuesday - Back , Biseps
Wednesday - Legs , Calves , Triseps
Thursday -Chest , Shoulders
Friday - Back , Biseps
Saturday - Legs , Calves , Triseps
Already i can see a small progress
Im taking something before the gym which is called Turbo 3x
And after the gym im drinking the shake ( P-40 )
If theres anything i need to know , that will be great , By the way im Bennett.
