he's in custody now. he flew from vegas to santa barbara on a private jet and met the police at the airport.

somehow i doubt if any of us were in trouble that we'd be allowed to discuss when/how we'd be willing to be taken into custody. of course some police spokesperson has already denied that this negotiation was "preferential treatment due to his celebrity status".

I am guessing he was buying time so bail could be arranged and he could be booked and released immediately so he does not spend a single night in jail. Let's see: It's 12:30 PM in CA right now, so I am guessing he'll be home by 5:00.

I do not think he was ever "normal", he grew up on stage and never had the chance at a normal childhood.

So I take it you didn't watch the recent special of freak-boy on one of the networks? The cameras followed him around some Las Vegas art store and he was just pointing out stuff he wanted. He spent something like $2 million in that one store.

On that same show, the reporter asked jackson what he was worth... Jackson stated som astronomical number. Later the reporter looked into it and found that MJ had so much debt, and his sales were way down also.
