I train 5 days per week, until 2 months ago I was running 5-8 miles per day as well as doing weights. I'm not looking to put on mass as I'm only 5ft 3 and weigh between 142-147 pounds (depending on cardio) but I'd like to bring out what I've got.

What do you guys suggest ?

are you a vegetarian or vegan? if you are a vegan plenty of sups come in vegetarian capsules (NOW makes a bunch)

you need a mult vitamon without a doubt. adding a protein supplement would definetely help. whey concentrate is a cheap option, unless you are lactose intolerant then whey isolate is the way to go. Sustain is also an excellent choice for a protein, especially if you are going to use it pre bed, or over spans of time where you can't get to food.

creatine is a choice as well, straight mono to begin with, to see if you are a responder. if you are stick with it. if not try cee (xceed).

good luck!

I'm vegetarian and fine with lactose, I'll go with the whey protien and creatine and see how it goes,
