^^^^The only person taking this thread seriously........Listen dude, you pissed off Kelju when you sarcastically implied he was a liar. Then you said in your post "when I posted it everyone MOST people can do (some weight) for 2 reps can do (half that weight) for 20." Kelju wasn't implying he was MOST people, he had said the years of football had made him 90% fast twitch, definetly not most people. He's not entirely wrong, coming from a college football recruit who played 6 years myself...... He didn't say "this is the way it is" he merely offered an opinion on something, and you decided to be a dick about it. I was going to stay way the hell away from this thread, but I also, cast a 5th or 6th vote for Clemson357, unless he is open to the idea of learning to keep his mouth shut just maybe sometimes.

Like I said my vote is not personal, I voted for two people who offer nothing al asll to thios site and just spam hate and/or boring threads. And yes I think you offer something to this site.
