Exodus of Bulgarians and Romanians threatens social peace in Germany

Translation:

Exodus of Bulgarians and Romanians (437,000 immigrants over the past three years) gives municipalities a lot harder than we thought, says most tirage German newspaper "Bild", quoted by newspaper "24 Hours."

According to the Federal Statistical Office in 2012 about 176 000 Bulgarians and Romanians came to Germany. These are almost 30 000 more than the previous year (147, 000).

The newspaper quoted the document warns of the consequences of immigration to Germany. It affects mostly the large cities: Duisburg, Dortmund, Berlin, Hannover, Munich, Mannheim, Offenbach and Frankfurt.

The document explicitly warns about the effects on "social peace." In most affected cities leads to the transformation of dilapidated, uninhabitable properties in illegal dormitories pollution areas (dirty courtyards overflowing garbage cans), increasing complaints from loud noise early in the morning, great difficulties in schools with children from Bulgaria and Romania who do not know a word of German.

Street prostitution is growing in many cities because of poor immigrants, the newspaper.

After January 1, 2014 Bulgarians and Romanians will have free access to the labor market in Germany. Many of them will benefit from the gap in social law and apply perfectly legal for child benefits and social benefits.

According to the expert Stefan Meyer of the Christian Social Union abuses German system under the guise of free movement in the EU must be terminated "if required by a change in the European treaties."

What did they expect to happen signing on to the Eurozone?

I wonder what they will do about it.

what can they do about it? from reading the page below it would seem that changes in treaty would be the only way. and during an economic downturn that's no simple task.

Stadt M?nster: Amt f?r Ausl?nderangelegenheiten - EU freedom of movement

So they're pretty much the Mexicans of Europe. At least they're coming legally. And only a few hundred thousand and not a wave of millions.
