If you look at my gallery i am fat and always have been fat. I grew up eating whatever whenever with bad genes.. bad mix.
Anyways earlier this year I took it upon myself to change and went from 230 24% to 205 -208 ish 17% or so. I took the summer off to party and drank alot ate whatever again and went up agian and now have been training and basically im down to 200-205 15%. I am training hard, eating hard and just wondering the importance of diet.
I know im carb sensitive so too much of that is bad. I had such great results really fast, i was weighing my food, eating every 3 hours on the dot etc..
Right now i dont feel like timing and weighing each meal. I eat 4-6 times a day, spread out and each meal has high protein and medium carbs..
Because im not weighing my food and doing it every 3 hours, will this restrict me? will i hit a bump in the road where I cant lose any more fat?
My goal is to get under 10% body fat. I have been reading alot of "Core fitness" crap and all the ab adverts in magazines and some books here and there. I dont even allow myself cheat meals really i take it pretty serious. Im just wondering how serious do i HAVE to take it before it will affect me.
I take it serious as to cook skinless boneles chicken breast on water with half a potatoe or some rice etc... i eat clean dont get me wrong i just wanna know how calorie crazy i have to go...
